Before becoming a coach, I spent many years working inside complex organizations, particularly in the post‑secondary education sector. I’ve led large collaborative teams, managed budgets, designed over 30 programs, facilitated difficult conversations, and sat at decision‑making tables where values, power, and resources don’t always align neatly.

That background matters. It means I understand the pressure leaders carry, the realities of institutional constraints, and the human cost of unresolved conflict or poorly managed change.

Both. Coaching engagements can be short-term or ongoing, depending on your goals and context. We work with what’s emerging in real time — not just fixed objectives.

Team coaching focuses on strengthening how a team functions over time by building trust, shared accountability, and the habits that support healthy communication and productive conflict. Facilitation supports the team to achieve a clear outcome in a specific meeting by providing structure, guiding the process, and helping the group make decisions or create deliverables. Often, they are blended. A session may be facilitated to meet an immediate goal while also using a coaching lens to build the team’s longer-term capacity and ways of working.

Both are available, but most people choose a package because it creates momentum and a clear arc of work. Packages also make pricing predictable. If you’re not sure what you need yet, we can start with a short, focused option and decide from there.

Yes, in some cases. I reserve a limited number of reduced-fee spots for clients who are in transition or working within tight constraints. If cost is a barrier, tell me what’s feasible and we’ll see what’s possible.
